In this image, shown en situ along Market Street in June 2007, Starkweather created black dotted lines based on a commuter map that documents the morning traffic between San Francisco and the East Bay. Hughen drew and screenprinted arrows and circles that reference similar shapes found around Market Street, including stoplights, pavement markings, manhole covers, one way signs, street markers, and decorative patterns on buildings.
