This and the seven images that follow are from a series of works from 2003 - 2005 I created using IKEA tabletops. I started each sculptural wall work by routing into the surface of the tabletop and exposing its underlying structure: particle board, wood support, and cardboard core. I would then add wax, wood veneer, mylar, rubber, paint and other materials.
